Caroline: Yes, lovely flats. I look out to the garden.”

And they said “what have you got the keys for?”
And I said “It’s my own little flat, I live here... They’re my keys, not yours.”
They said “Well I want to do your cleaning.”
I said “No! You’re not allowed in here, it’s private.””
